About the program: The primary goal of this program is to prepare, educate, and enhance the skills of individuals within the local Palestinian community across various regions. This preparation is aimed at fostering expertise in the culinary and beverage industry, in collaboration with partners from restaurants and the Arab Hotels Association. This initiative holds the potential to create more job prospects for Palestinian youth, thereby augmenting the income of Palestinian households. Additionally, the program facilitates the introduction of visitors, both foreign and local, to traditional Palestinian cuisine, customs, and traditions. It also fosters the exchange and transmission of Palestinian cultural heritage to diverse countries.

Fields of work: Upon graduating from the program, individuals will have the qualifications and skills necessary to pursue various career paths in the food and beverage industry, including roles such as restaurant management, restaurant administrative assistant, party coordinator, chef, waiter, cook, and assistant cook.
