About Us:
The Rami Zahi Khouri Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub (RZK) is an integral unit of Dar al-Kalima University (DAK), the first and only Palestinian university specializing in arts, design, and culture. RZK is dedicated to empowering innovators, startups, and aspiring entrepreneurs in the arts through hands-on support, mentorship, and community-driven programs. We’re looking for a creative and highly organized program Coordinator to support our initiatives and help grow our vibrant entrepreneurial community.


Role Overview:
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and supporting projects across Hub’s core activities. You’ll also manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and assist in community building by recruiting new members.


Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Operations
● Support planning, execution of entrepreneurship programs and events.
● Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and mentors to ensure smooth project delivery.


Social Media Management
● Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to promote Hub activities.
● Create, schedule, and post content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
● Monitor analytics and engagement to inform content planning.


Community Engagement & Recruitment:
● Assist in outreach campaigns to attract new entrepreneurs, startups, and collaborators.
● Support onboarding of new members and managing community inquiries.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
● Previous experience working with startups and innovation ecosystems.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
● Experience with content creation (e.g., blogging, basic graphic design, tools like CMS*-and knowledge in AI tools).
● Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (AI tools to promote social media content).
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Passion for entrepreneurship and community building.
** (CMS-Content Management Systems) are software platforms that allow users to create, manage, and publish digital content.
